Payments are processed through our billing platform using the payment methods offered at checkout, including SpicePay. We do not store payment card data on this website.
UK VAT is applied to UK customers; VAT of the customer’s member state is applied to EU consumer customers (or reverse charge for qualifying EU businesses). VAT numbers are shown on invoices where applicable.
If you have a complaint, contact us first — we will aim to resolve it quickly.
In the UK, consumers may use the small claims process or a relevant ombudsman. In the EU, consumers may use national ADR bodies or the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net). The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 following Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available.
We are not obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and currently do not.
